Wouldn't it be great if there was a "Leader" Mirror. Something you look into each morning before work to evaluate how you are doing as a leader? On this episode we have three questions to help you determine how those you lead see you.

What if there was a mirror you could look at every morning before you started your work day --- a leader mirror? This mirror would allow you to see what your employees or those on your team see. What would would that mirror tell you?
In this episode we ask the question, "What's it like to be on the other side of me?" In other words, what's the experience for those you lead? How do they see you? How do they experience your leadership? And what if you look in this mirror when it comes to those you lead at home or in your community? What would your son or daughter say?
In this episode we explore these three questions:
1. Am I reactive or proactive?
2. Am I intentional or accidental?
3. Am Inconsistent or am I consistent?
We can't lead well until we take a good, hard look at ourselves.
